Terms & Conditions
- Valid for stays from 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027.
- A surcharge of THB 2,000 per room per night applies for stays during 23 December 2026 – 10 January 2027 and 5–10 February 2027.
- A compulsory Gala Dinner charge of THB 5,000 per adult applies for stays on 31 December 2026. Children aged 4–11 years are charged THB 2,500 per child.
- Stay dates must be confirmed at least 21 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is required and is non-refundable in all cases.
- Stay dates may be postponed once, for no longer than 3 months after the originally specified stay date.
- Package inclusions cannot be changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
