The Cove Bistro, Koh Lipe. Perfect taste. On Koh Lipe, Satun, there is a delicious, medium, not too spicy flavor restaurant, hiding in the Idyllic Concept Resort. The Cove Bistro, the building is designed in a modern style, matched the concept of the taste of Thai food, adapted to the Western-style, although the restaurant is intended to entertain guests staying at the resort, but welcoming foreign guests who want to taste the food here too.
Every dish is served on the table goes through meticulousness from raw materials the process of preparing and arranging beautiful meals. The recommended menu here is Pad Thai, which may look a bit different from Pad Thai on the mainland because here, we use our special sauce fried with big shrimp served with crushed beans and lemon. For people who like sour taste suggest to squeeze a bit of lemon, and you can request for adding a little bit lemon to spread out in your dish for making stronger taste.
The food is spicy as you prefer. We can arrange a taste suitable for your style. We also have fresh squid dish grilled and served with tasty seafood, seasoning with mango salad, sliced shallot, and sliced mint leaves. It matches with fried sun-dried squid, which is not very crispy. Anyone wanting to try a luxurious dish, five-star menu, we would recommend ordering a sizeable green curry lobster. Topped with Thai green curry sauce, get another tasty meal.
